COMMEMORATING MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE IN PRODUCT PERFORMANCE, INTERNATIONAL HOMES OF CEDAR, INC., IS INITIATING A 30-YEAR/ NON-PRORATED/ TRANSFERABLE/ LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is protection that IHC customers and their lenders can count on.

The IHC engineered, laminated, precision-interlocking timber wall systems provide job site economies and efficiency during construction; tested exceptional structural strength in the face of winds, earthquakes and similar disasters; reduced maintenance in comparison to other types of wood structures; all while providing a beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment for people.

Fire-rated timber wall systems are available for residential and commercial applications. Timber laminating process are inspected by ICBO (International Conference of Building Officials).
