Highlights:

The first building of the Cedar Creek Townhomes at the base of Mt. Alyeska was featured on the cover of the March/April issue of Building Systems magazine. This project is a luxury townhome development just a short walk from the lifts. This project provides an excellent example of a custom design utilizing the unique building system supplied by International Homes of Cedar, Inc. (IHC). Please call us at 800-767-7674 if you would like more information about these quality townhomes. This project brought high end luxury resort living to Alaska. Each of the three units in this building provides over 2100 square feet of living space, plus a two car garage. To have a look, just drive south from Anchorage on the Seward Highway, and turn left onto Alyeska Highway at Girdwood. Proceed to the end of Alyeska Highway and turn left onto Arlberg Ave. The townhomes are on the right hand side of Arlberg about one and a half blocks from the intersection.

Upcoming Events:

  • We have built customer homes from Kenai to Talkeetna, and numerous points in between, including Anchorage, Girdwood, and Eagle River. We would be happy to show you some of these completed homes, so you can see for yourself how easy the IHC building system is to erect. A new custom home is under construction in Eureka in 2007.

News:

  • International Homes of Cedar offers a D-LOG laminated wall timber. This product is currently available in Ponderosa Pine as well as inland Western Red Cedar, so if you are looking for the "Log Home Look", without the trouble of natural log construction, this may be the product for you.
