Roof System: Open beams with glulam exposed purlins-Precut 2x6 T&G Decking with 15# felt, 2" rigid insulation/furring 1/2 " sheathing with 15# felt and 25 year roof shingles.

Exterior Trim: Cedar fascia, 2x10, Barge 2x12 & 2x6, Cedar 1x8 base skirt Clear Cedar door & window casings.

Interior Trim: Clear Cedar ceiling molding Door & Window casings & base molding.

Windows: Double-glazed, insulated, bronze anodized aluminum slide-by & picture windows and sliding glass doors, all with screens. Options: Wood, Woodclad or Vinyl windows available.

Interior Doors: Prehung flush hollow core birch doors with locksets and latches

Exterior doors: Prehung 6 panel @ front; 1 lite raised panel Rear, with hardware, sill weather-stripping, Solid Core Flush @ garages.
