Centennial Floor Plan
This IHC Stock floor plan is one of the most popular designs sold by NWCS. Total size of 3313 square feet allows the Centennial to adapt to many different life styles and needs. As an example this plan would work well for a Bed and Breakfast establishment, or just having room for the kids to play away from Mom and Dad. Easily modified to include additional bedrooms/home office in the lower level, or a larger kitchen dining wing on the main floor. This plan works well on hillside lots and an attached garage has been included for some of our customers.
