Project Status
- Electric, Gas, and Sewer are in place for the whole development. Water is in for the first building.
- The Public Offering statement has been completed, which allows us to begin taking pre-construction orders for specific units in future phases. This is an excellent time to see what the finished product will look like in Phase 1, while ordering exactly what you want for one of the future phases.
