These luxury townhomes are being built on a site within easy walking distance (just a few hundred feet) to the lifts at the Alyeska ski resort. As you can see from our aerial photograph we are just below the parking lot for the old lodge (which has been converted to condominiums). Construction for this development is in full swing, and the first building is now available for viewing. We will be periodically updating the current status of the project, so feel free to check back as the development progresses. As for the buildings themselves, they are being constructed using a Cedar Insulated Timber produced by International Homes of Cedar, Inc. (IHC) located in Woodinville, Washington. The townhomes were designed by NorthWest Cedar Structures, Inc. in Anchorage, and the preliminary engineering was completed by IHC. This product, coupled with energy efficient heating systems, as well as windows and doors has qualified for a Five Star Energy Rating. We are extremely impressed with the high quality of the IHC building system, which we believe adapts well to the Girdwood area.

As you can see from our floorplans and elevations, these are the premier townhomes in the area. They have stunning views of the surrounding vistas.

I am very excited about this project. I was born and raised in Anchorage, and I learned to ski at Alyeska. I believe we have achieved our goal of building the finest townhomes in the area, and providing quality and spaciousness which meets the best that is available in destination ski resorts in North America.
